Job summary

White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership and supervise the team, modeling hospitality and a customer-centered culture. You will drive brand standards, coach associates, and help shape a positive store environment focused on memorable experiences.

In this role, you’ll manage opening/closing tasks, inventory, scheduling, and promotions while nurturing relationships with customers and peers. Excellent communication and flexible availability are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with goals.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
