Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge.
• Coach and motivate team to meet performance goals.
• Handle operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Stay informed on promotions and store policies.
• Support scheduling and development of associates.
