Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 5422 (Mesa, AZ) to partner with the leadership team, coach staff, and deliver memorable, customer‑centered experiences. You will drive sales by leveraging product knowledge, brand priorities, and omni‑channel initiatives while maintaining operational standards and a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail management, strong communication, and a team‑oriented mindset. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
