Soma in Houston is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional customer service that reflects our brand of hospitality.

You’ll help with opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment while promoting promotions and policy adherence. This role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and an omni-channel approach to serve customers.

Qualificações

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach team toward goals.
• Provide product knowledge and an omni-channel experience.
• Handle scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
