Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead at our Coconut Creek, FL location. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run daily operations, coach associates, and drive sales while maintaining an engaging, fashion-forward store environment.

The role requires 1-3 years in retail, a high school diploma, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. English communication, tech proficiency, and a customer-first mindset are essential.
