Chico's Outlet in Waterloo, NY is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model brand standards. You will drive a welcoming, customer-centered experience and support leadership responsibilities where needed.

You’ll coach staff, manage operations like cash handling and scheduling, and ensure inventory integrity while promoting promotions and store policies. This role emphasizes teamwork and ownership.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing and general store operations.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Coach and support the team to meet performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, replenishment.
• Stay informed on current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and participate in scheduling when needed.
