Chico's Outlet at the Pittsburgh Tanger Outlet Center is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, model brand standards, and support leadership responsibilities on the sales floor and in store operations.

You will coach teammates, share brand priorities, manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise resets while delivering personalized hospitality that reflects our culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach team members.
• Provide product knowledge and deliver personalized customer experiences.
