Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Coach and support team to meet performance goals.
• Handle scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current promotions and store policies.
• Support development and provide feedback to associates.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive a positive store culture.
