Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and support store leadership.
• Assist in maximizing store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets.
• Coach and supervise associates to drive performance and a consumer-centric environment.
• Provide direct feedback and supervision to team members.
• Occasionally cover store operations in the absence of a manager.
• Interact with customers to ensure outstanding service and store experience.
• Adhere to policies and processes aligned with company directives.
