Job summary

Vans is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership by delivering exceptional customer engagement and driving sales results. You will coach associates, monitor progress toward goals, and help maintain a consumer-centric store environment that reflects the Vans brand.

The role is part-time (internship) with a pay range of $18.15–$22.35 per hour. Experience in retail, strong communication, and the ability to stand and work physically are valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; coaching experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, move, and perform light to moderate physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and drive store sales toward targets.
• Coach and supervise associates, providing direct feedback and guidance.
• Occasionally assume store leadership in the absence of a manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
