Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Lead, support the store leadership team to ensure the highest level of customer engagement and sales results.
• Model the voice of the Vans brand and coach associates.
• Foster an inclusive store environment and drive performance through coaching and feedback.
• Occasionally cover store responsibilities in the absence of a manager.
• Interact with customers and provide exceptional service to meet store goals.
