Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1285-Jackson Premium Outlets in Jackson, NJ. You will support and role model excellent customer experiences while guiding associates and collaborating with the Store Manager to step in as a manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, maintain store standards, use omnichannel tools, and ensure a seamless customer journey from in-store to online. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
