Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening/closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach team members.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep the team on track with goals.
• Execute inventory management, cash handling, and merchan­dise replenishment.
• Foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment and a positive team culture.
