Chico's Los Altos is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and elevate customer experiences through brand-aligned service. You will help manage daily operations, coach associates, and ensure seamless omni-channel experiences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to handle merchandise and promotions while supporting store goals in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing tasks.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Perform cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current promotions and store policies.
