Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in outside/inside sales or similar roles.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid Property & Casualty license within 30 days.
• Valid Life & Health licenses within 90 days.
• License reimbursement up to $500.
• Growth mindset and commitment to development.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and appointment setting to build qualified sales leads.
• Professional phone sales delivering exceptional customer service while pursuing sales.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting insurance and financial products.
• Provide ongoing support and nurture customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the agent on marketing strategies to drive growth.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and daily personal/professional achievement.
• Work with the office team to maximize customer engagement and retention.
