Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• General retail knowledge and procedures are essential.
• Management experience in retail is a plus.
• Experience motivating a team to achieve goals.
• Able to mentor and train Associates on selling and ops processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the Famous Feeling by coaching and modeling caring, teamwork, and customer connection behaviors.
• Drive daily sales and take accountability for store performance.
• Manage opening/closing, pricing, and inventory to keep the store well-organized and shoppable.
• Follow company policies and collaborate with partners to complete tasks effectively.
• Champion our culture and deliver top‑notch customer experiences with attentiveness to service and style.
• Foster diversity, inclusivity, and a positive, proactive mindset among the team.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect footwear and ensure they leave with the right fit and enthusiasm for the Famous Feeling.
