Job summary

Ann Taylor through KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Johnson Creek, WI. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to deliver personalized customer experiences, model leadership, and guide associates to achieve sales and service goals.

This role prepares you to step in as manager when needed and to uphold brand standards. You’ll bring about 6 months of retail sales experience, preferred management experience, and comfort with a POS system.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions and prioritizing assignments.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand representative delivering personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Foster an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold visual and operational standards and focus on the customer.
• Use technology to drive a customer-focused, omnichannel shopping experience.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to improve customer interactions.
• Step into the store manager role when needed.
