ARS-Rescue Rooter in Massachusetts is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads, schedule appointments, and coordinate with field sales reps to drive revenue. This fast-paced, phone-heavy role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work from the office.

You will report to the sales team, participate in shift requirements including some nights and weekends, and undergo pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience providing exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls.
• Inside Sales experience preferred with experience booking calls and generating leads.
• Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Must report daily to the office; not a remote position.
• Ability to work assigned shifts and weekend rotation if required.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background checks required.

Schedule is somewhat flexible, with some nights and weekends required.

What You Will Do

You’ll schedule appointments, coordinate with field sales reps, follow up on quotes, and help drive revenue through effective outbound communication. This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success.
