Job summary

Pandora at Macy's Perimeter is seeking a Sales Lead to embody the Pandora brand, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support Managers and Sales Associates. You will drive sales, coach teammates, and create memorable moments for customers in-store.

Ideal candidates are results-oriented with at least 2 years of selling experience, strong communication, and the ability to balance brand knowledge with KPIs while working a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication: written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels.
• Business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Strong time management and delegation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays; able to stand long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
