Pandora at Macy's Natick Collection is seeking a Sales Lead who will immerse themselves in our brand, culture, and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support both Managers and Sales Associates, playing a key role in our store's ongoing success.

We look for a results-oriented seller with at least 2 years in a high-performance environment, strong care in communication, and the ability to engage customers at all levels.

Qualifications

• You can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• A strong sense of care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.

Responsabilités

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
