Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-performance selling environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems.
• 18+ years old with proof of eligibility to work.

Responsabilités

• Exceed store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with strong product knowledge.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback.
• Assist Managers and Sales Associates to drive store performance.
