The role requires a dynamic, results-driven individual with strong product knowledge, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a passion for jewelry retail excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking and results delivery.
• Excellent time management with ability to set priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays; able to lift 50+ pounds.
