Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate in Oklahoma City to drive sales and deliver an engaging in-store experience. You’ll bring energy, style, and a customer-first attitude that keeps shoppers returning.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll support daily operations, merchandising, and policy compliance while contributing to a welcoming and inclusive store culture. This role offers flexible shifts and employee perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Follow all policies and procedures (payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Support daily operations like restocking and back-store tasks.

The Role
