Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive in-store sales and deliver a top-notch customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will bring energy, style, and a can-do attitude to every shift in our New York store.

You’ll collaborate with teammates on visual merchandising, assist with everyday store operations, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all customers. Availability includes day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Customer-first energy with strong people skills.
• Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Follow all policies and procedures around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention
• Support daily operations like restocking and back-store tasks

The Role
