Job summary

ALDO Group, a style-driven brand with a global footprint, is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead in Beachwood, OH. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll drive sales, coach associates, and ensure every customer has a great experience on and off the floor.

You will lead by example, hit sales targets, keep visual merchandising sharp, and help with restocking and back-store tasks. The role requires a high school diploma, at least 6 months of hands-on retail management, and a genuine passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Strong interest in fashion and natural leadership.
• Ability to motivate others and connect with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a great customer experience.

• Maintain policies around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has a great experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and back store tasks
