1915 South is seeking a Sales Lead to drive floor leadership and excellent guest service across our southeast stores. Compensation is driven by individual sales performance, with bonus opportunities tied to coaching effectiveness and associate development.

The role includes inventory management, promotions, cash handling, and maintaining store standards while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Retail sales, furniture preferred.

Join our winning team, 1915 South, as a Sales Lead. 1915 South owns and operates 30 Ashley stores and 3 distribution centers across the southeast, including locations in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Virginia. Position Summary:

The Sales Lead actively sells while providing floor leadership in the absence of a manager. Compensation is driven by individual sales performance, with bonus opportunities tied to coaching effectiveness and associate development.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Experience: Retail sales, specifically furniture, preferred.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Physical Demands: Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting.
• Work Environment: Retail Sales Floor
• Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required.
