1915 South is seeking a Sales Lead to actively drive sales while leading the floor in the absence of a manager. Compensation is tied to individual sales and coaching-driven bonuses.

This role supports the Southeast retail network across 30 Ashley stores and 3 distribution centers, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail furniture sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and floor operations in the absence of a manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guest support.
• Manage inventory, promotions, and cash handling.
• Oversee facilities and building standards.
• Foster culture and lead team huddles.
• Support store operations and uphold standards.
• Train and manage performance of associates.
• Generate KPI reports and participate in management meetings.
• Support bedding and protection finance initiatives.

Position Summary:

The Sales Lead actively sells while providing floor leadership in the absence of a manager. Compensation is driven by individual sales performance, with bonus opportunities tied to coaching effectiveness and associate development.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Experience: Retail sales, specifically furniture, preferred.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Physical Demands: Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting.
• Work Environment: Retail Sales Floor
• Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required.
