Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Part‑Time Sales Keyholder in Marana, AZ to support store leadership in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes coaching teammates, maintaining store standards, and contributing to loss prevention and safety initiatives.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn new technology. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year retail or customer service experience.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, risk management & safety.
• Moderate knowledge of industry/retail operations and applying this knowledge to create solutions.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn technology (hand-held/mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service and lead a selling culture.
• Coach, train, and support teammates.
• Open and close the store when necessary.
• Drive sales and retail/KPI target achievement.
• Manage loss prevention, safety and audit expectations and results.
• Maintain neat, clean, and well-stocked store environment.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, teammates and leadership.
• Assist in stocking and stockroom duties as needed.
