Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old established in the posting.
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of retail/customer service experience.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of store operations, merchandising, stockroom, risk management & safety.
• Industry knowledge and ability to apply solutions.
• Advanced selling experience and strong industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Recognize and reward performance; coach, train and support teammates.
• Open and close the store when necessary; manage loss prevention and safety.
• Ensure the store is neat, clean and well-stocked; meet business KPIs via scheduling.
• Build Athlete loyalty through in-store experiences and athlete interactions.
• Provide product information across our portfolio of technical products.
