Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Keyholder in Annapolis, MD. You will be the right hand to store leaders, driving sales, coaching teammates, and maintaining high energy and service standards.

You will lead by example, train teammates, and ensure the store operates smoothly, including opening/closing duties and protecting stock. Experience in retail and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Recognize and reward performance.
• Coach, train, and support teammates.
• Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results.
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked.
• Open and close the store when necessary.
• Support in driving sales and KPI targets.
• Act as the leader on duty and model Athlete service standards.
