Interns will gain hands-on experience in sales and client relations through shadowing, presentations, client projects, prospecting, and more, across divisions including Global Brokerage, Benefits, Risk Management, Claims, and Reinsurance.

Participants develop consultative selling, professional development, collaboration, and a strong culture while building a professional network in a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior status required.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Participation dates: June 7, 2027 – August 6, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Intern will shadow producers, consultants, and underwriting teams to learn sales and client relations.
• Participate in structured trainings, case competitions, and project work.
• Expose to multiple divisions: Global Brokerage, Benefits, Risk Management, Claims, Reinsurance.
