Responsibilities

• Support sales associates and outside sales counselors with daily tasks.
• Learn construction process and Meritage business model.
• Assist division with administrative duties and model home reviews.
• Participate in cross-functional projects with interns and leaders.
• Present real-world recommendations to senior leadership and write a paper.
