Aerotek is offering an Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program in Sales, a 10 week paid internship designed to immerse you in Recruiting, Account Management and Field Support with a strong emphasis on sales. The program introduces you to the three business phases Aerotek supports within a local operation and may lead to a full-time role in the Sales Development Representative track for ambitious individuals.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college/university seeking a BA/BS degree.
• Transitioning between Junior and Senior years is preferred.
• MS Office skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Post available positions on the Internet via our candidate tracking system (Connected).
• Evaluate resumes and select qualified candidates for interviews.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters.
• Shadow Recruiters during calls, interviews and reference checks.
• Maintain all documentation using Aerotek's Applicant Tracking System.
• Attend Contractor lunches with Recruiters.
• Shadow Account Managers on cold calls and client visits.
• Shadow Field Support during background investigations and drug test processes.
