You’ll identify hospital prospects, conduct outreach by phone, use Salesforce and Bullhorn, and participate in daily team meetings and mentor-led sessions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program
• Sales minor or related activity preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative
• Comfortable contacting people over the phone
• Eager for professional development

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with prospective physicians through inbound marketing leads, prospecting lists, direct sourcing, and research
• Conduct cold calls, learn to bypass gatekeepers, and overcome objections
• Track local and regional activity through territory mapping exercises
• Craft your pitch, build rapport, and explain Medicus’ value proposition to target accounts
• Schedule phone calls with key stakeholders and C-Suite Executives
• Use Salesforce and Bullhorn to track activity, manage and update prospects
• Attend daily morning team meetings, cross-departmental meetings, and weekly one on one check-ins
