Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) offers a 12-week Sales Associate Internship to prepare candidates for a field sales role in roofing. Interns will shadow Tremco Roofing Field Advisors and the Training Department to learn the skills needed for success across multiple departments.

The program provides hands-on experience in manufacturing, R&D, product management, technical, marketing, and operations, culminating in a final project and presentation to company leadership.

Qualifications

• The internship lasts 12 weeks and prepares for a Sales Associate role.
• Interns work with Tremco Roofing Field Advisors and the Training Department.
• Gain exposure to sales, manufacturing, R&D, product management, marketing and operations.
• Final project and presentation to company leadership.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments across manufacturing, R&D, sales and marketing and operations.
• Develop and implement process improvements and conduct market research.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with colleagues to gain business exposure.
• Participate in orientation and learn company policies and safety procedures.
• Develop a final project and present findings to leadership.
