• Currently enrolled in college/university seeking a BA/BS degree (sales degree, minor, certificate preferred).
• Transitioning between Junior and Senior years (preferred).
• MS Office
• Customer Service Experience
• Sales Related Experience

Responsibilities

• Post available positions and manage candidate flow using Applicant Tracking System.
• Evaluate resumes and select suitable candidates for interviews.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters.
• Shadow Recruiters during calls, interviews and reference checks.
• Maintain documentation in the ATS and support recruitment processes.
• Shadow Account Managers during client visits and requisition qualifications.
• Attend networking events and participate in lead generation.
