Job summary

Anheuser-Busch’s Sales Internship Program offers university students and recent graduates a hands-on experience across our Front-Line Sales & Distribution Centers in the United States.

The 10-week program develops foundational sales acumen, with opportunities to deliver a final project to Senior Leadership and potential growth within the Commercial organization.

Qualifications

  • Current university student or recent graduate with a GPA of 3.0 or greater.
  • Geographical and functional mobility across the U.S. for the internship.
  • Company does not sponsor visas for this internship.
  • Leadership demonstrated in past work or extracurricular activities.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Gain field experience in Front-Line Sales & Distribution Centers to understand the sales foundation.
  • Develop skills and leadership potential for long-term growth.
  • Present final project results to Senior Leadership upon internship completion.

SALARY:

$26.00 per hour + housing & travel stipends based on eligibility

Salesinternswill gain an in-depth view of theSales organization, as well as flex creative and analytical muscles through project workinone of our Commercial business areasduring their time in our internship.The internship takes place over the course of10-weeks; however, we are flexible to adjust as necessary based on the external environment and businessneed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Field Experience in one of ourFront-Line Sales & Distribution Centersto understand theSalesfoundationofourbusiness.
  • Development opportunities to help boost skillset and build long-term leadership potential.
  • Upon successful completion of the internship,you will be given the opportunity to present your final project(s) and results to our members ofSeniorLeadership.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Current university student or recent university graduate –Bachelor’s Degreewith aGPA3.0 or greater.
  • A background in Businessor Sales is encouraged, but all majors are accepted.
  • Geographical & Functional mobility – open to experiencingdifferent functionsand locations across the U.S. during the 10-week internship.
  • As a general rule, the Company does not offer practical training positions for F-1 visa holders nor sponsor individuals for purposes of obtaining temporary work visas (e.g., H-1B) or permanent residency (“Green Cards”). Individuals whorequiresponsorship will be removed from the selection process.
  • Demonstrates leadership capability inpreviouswork experience and/or extracurricular activities.
  • Comfortable working in and leading teams, actively listens, seeks diverse opinions, and fosters inclusion.
  • Self-motivated to drive results and deliverabove and beyondexpectations.
  • Embraces ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Able to effectively manage several projects and teams at once, while being agile in the face of setbacks and change.
