Qualifications

  • Current university student with a GPA 3.0 or greater.
  • A background in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business may help, but all majors are accepted.
  • Geographical & functional mobility – open to experiencing different functions and locations across the U.S. during the 10-week internship.
  • Leverages data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Demonstrates leadership capability in previous work experience and/or extracurricular activities.
  • Self-motivated to drive results and deliver above and beyond expectations.
  • Comfortable working in teams, actively listens, seeks diverse opinions, and works collaboratively.
  • Embraces ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to manage several projects with agility.
  • Open-minded, insightful and innovative, asks why and has diverse interests.
  • Seeks opportunities to improve processes and is willing to take calculated risks.
  • Company does not sponsor visas for practical training positions (F-1) or work permits.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in a Sales & Distribution Center or Brewery Warehouse.
  • Project work with real business impact – solving a problem or implementing an improvement in the supply chain organization.
  • Deep dive into support functions, and exposure to senior leaders throughout the program.
  • Development opportunities to help boost skillset and build long-term career potential through leadership & functional trainings.
  • Upon successful completion of the project, you will present your results to North American Logistics Leadership Team.

SALARY: $26per hour + housing & travel stipends based on eligibility

The Supply Chain Internship is the first step to joining our full-time Supply Chain TraineeProgramafter graduation. The full-time program willultimatelyprepareyou for your first role asa front-line manager in one of our Sales & Distribution Centersor Breweriesleading a team of hourly employees.
