Responsibilities

• Partner with strategic retailers to co-develop business plans that serve both the shopper and our business.
• Use data-driven insights and shopper psychology to influence product assortment, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
• Own real responsibilities and deliver measurable results with cross-functional teams (Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Gain exposure to key business decisions, customer negotiations, and long-term sales strategies.
