Qualifications

• Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 graduating students.
• Data Analytics, Social Studies, or Anthropological/Psychology background (or like degrees/experiences).
• Willing to be geographically mobile across the United States.
• Strong analytical skills with multiple data sources; comfortable with data analysis.
• Engaged in extracurricular activities with analytical skills, teamwork, and initiative.
• Creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, and strong communication.
• Ability to contribute and influence across levels and functions.
• Good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal business strategy consultants to ensure analytics and insights underpin our business strategy and execution.
• Work on multi-functional teams with Brand Management, Finance, Sales, R&D, and others to explore opportunities for growth.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for partners across levels and functions.
