You will gain exposure to safety training, equipment handling, and key systems like RentalMan and Salesforce, while shadowing sales teammates and supporting branch operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BA/BS degree in sales or related field.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong presentations.
• Analytical and financial analysis abilities.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments independently and in a team.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety training and wear PPE.
• Safe handling of equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Support branch yard workflow: check-in, washing equipment, assist customers.
• Shadow inside and outside sales to learn roles.
• Training on RentalMan and Salesforce.com.
• Attend department and cross-functional meetings and ride-alongs.
• Other duties as needed.
