Job summary

The 10–12 week, in-person program pays $25 per hour and includes eligibility for a housing stipend. Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field is required, with mentorship and a structured program to develop your sales career.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on product and operations training.
• Support sales, customer service, and production teams.
• Conduct customer visits and accompany sales representatives on calls.
• Assist with quoting, order entry, customer communications, and follow-up activities.
• Prospect and identify potential customers in assigned markets.
