Job summary

UFP Industries seeks a Summer Sales Intern to gain hands-on exposure in a professional sales organization. You will shadow seasoned reps, engage with customers, and tour multiple facilities to understand manufacturing and products.

The 10-12 week, in-person internship includes field visits, CRM training, territory analysis, and a capstone project presented to leadership. Eligibility: pursuing a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field; $25/hour plus housing stipend.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Shadow sales professionals and engage with customers to understand needs.
• Participate in field visits, facility tours, and sales calls.
• Assist with quoting, order entry, and customer communications.
• Support sales, customer service, and production teams.
• Document interactions in CRM and contribute to market research.
• Contribute to territory growth plans and account strategies.
