Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Some College Education in business.
• Strong data visualization background; AI capabilities preferred.
• Basic coursework in sales/marketing, tech, and interpersonal communication a plus.
• Some Semiconductor Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Account team in customer relationship mapping, scorecards, and monthly reporting.
• Partner with Sales Account Manager to support TEL's ramp readiness at US-based HVM sites.
• Maintain professional demeanor; use Excel, PowerPoint, and learn CRM software.
• Collaborate with TEL factory partners and local startup, service, safety teams.
• Work in an international team environment and adapt to diverse expectations.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers focusing on continuous improvement.
