Qualifications

• Experience in interior design or furniture sales.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, color theory, and space planning.
• Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting furniture, décor, and design solutions that meet their aesthetic and functional needs.
• Develop and present interior design concepts and space plans to clients.
• Drive showroom sales by building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Stay current on design trends, product lines, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through order fulfillment and follow-up.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to source products and ensure timely delivery.
