Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Harrisburg, PA seeks a Sales Auditor to ensure accurate sales information through research of deposits, store paperwork and data. You will perform daily audits of sales transactions, deposits and inventory to support proper reconciliation and month-end close.

The role requires a High School diploma and strong analytical skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office. You will collaborate with stores and leadership to resolve reconciliation issues and maintain

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audits of store sales transactions, deposits and inventory transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of sales and deposit data by comparing entries and source documents.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Provide month end reconciliation for journal entries and account reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate accounting files in an organized and accurate manner.
• Communicate with stores, supervisors and leaders about reconciliation issues and resolutions.
• Analyze, research and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.
