Ollie is seeking a Sales Auditor in Harrisburg, PA to ensure accurate daily sales information through deposits, paperwork, and data analysis. This role supports proper reconciliation of daily sales, cash receipts, journal entries, and month-end processing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audits of store sales transactions, deposits and inventory transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of sales and deposit data by comparing entries and source documents.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Provide month end reconciliation for journal entries and account reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate accounting files in an organized and accurate manner.
• Communicate with stores, supervisors and leaders about reconciliation issues and resolutions.
• Analyze, research and resolve reconciliation issues.
• Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.
