Salary Range: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 (Commission based)

Position Summary

As a Sales Inspector, you will meet homeowners to assess their needs and propose custom solutions for waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space problems. You will not engage in cold calling or door knocking; our marketing team provides high‑quality leads. Your role involves showing up, building trust, and closing the deal. Work Monday through Saturday, managing 8 leads per week, with a competitive commission structure and uncapped earning potential.
