Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a Junior, graduating in May 2028 or December 2027.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Sales, Business, or related field.
• Interest in a career in Sales, Category Management or Research & Insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, basic formulas, and charting.
• Exposure to data analysis, market research, or storytelling with data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective planning, organization, and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Sales Rotation: Support key customers like Target, Kroger, Walmart, Publix, Stop & Shop, Sysco.
• Insights Rotation: Leverage data and insights to grow the business.
• Enterprise Engagement: Network across units and participate in ERGs.
• Future opportunities: strong performers may join Land O’Lakes as a Dairy Foods Analyst.
