Job summary

Land O’Lakes invites you to an internship in Arden Hills, MN, focusing on Sales and Insights & Analytics. You will rotate through Sales and Analytics projects applying the 4 P’s of Marketing—Product, Price, Place, Promotion—while analyzing data to drive growth.

You will learn category management, storytelling with data, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to network across business units and participate in ERGs and mentor programs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Sales, or related field.
• Currently enrolled as a Junior, graduating in May 2028 or December 2027.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, basic formulas and charting.
• Exposure to data analysis, market research, or storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Rotation with major customers like Target, Kroger, Walmart, Publix and more.
• Assist Insights & Analytics with data visualization and data storytelling.
• Participate in Enterprise Engagement activities and cross-functional projects.
• Contribute to ongoing rotation learning and long-term career path discussions.
